Abstract

Manufacture and Performance of CANDU Reactor Pressure Tubes" was published in the August 1979 issue of British "International Nuclear Engineering", the abstract is as follows: Advantages of uranium fuel, the pressure tube is made of zirconium alloy. The operating temperature of the pressure tube is 525-585°K, and the coolant pressure is 9.65 megapascals (Mpa). At the same time, the pressure tube is also irradiated by a fast neutron flux of about 3×1017 neutrons/m2·s
