Equipping and training of professionals from Britain, America and other countries and industries

Abstract

In order to strengthen the training of nuclear industry professionals in various countries and develop nuclear power programs, the International Atomic Energy Agency held a meeting in Saclay, near Paris, France, from April 2 to 6, 1979. A symposium was held with the participation of 150 experts from 28 countries. A total of 36 reports were discussed during the meeting, which introduced the staffing of nuclear industry professionals, training methods, future plans, and experience gained in the relevant countries.
