Abstract

According to statistics, the power of young water reactors increased continuously from 1960 to 1970. From 1970 to now, light water reactors with an average electric power of 1,000 megawatts have been basically built, and the largest electric power has reached 1,300 megawatts (pressurized water reactors, boiling water reactors). The electrical power of small reactors is between 220 MW (CANDU in India) and 440 MW (Water in the Soviet Union). Industrially developed countries all tend to build high-power reactors with a power of more than 1000 MW, and the main ones are pressurized water reactors. As long as manufacturers make further efforts in standardization, power can be
