Abstract

The International Atomic Energy Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") was established in October 1957 with its headquarters in Vienna. Up to now, there are 110 member states. "Agency" is one of the 17 specialized organizations of the United Nations. It has signed a relationship agreement with the United Nations, and has a direct relationship with the General Assembly and the Security Council of the United Nations, reports to them, and implements its resolutions. The United Nations recognizes the Agency's international obligations with regard to the peaceful uses of atomic energy and grants
