Abstract

The Canadian Nuclear Association announced at its annual meeting the establishment of a new society composed of people concerned with nuclear energy, with or without ties to industry, The Organizing Committee of the Society held its first meeting on August 27, 1979, and made the following decision: The name of the Society was determined: Canadian Nuclear Society or Canadian Nuclear Society
